How do I place an ad on OwnerList.net?
You must be registered user to enable to do this. When you become registered user then you log into your account and you can add, edit and delete your ad. You can click here to register if you are new user.

How do I register for new user?
Click on "Register" link on right side corner then it will take you to new user registration page. The imformation with remark red text is required. Or you can click here.

How do I pay?
After you have submit registration form, it will take you to "Payment Centre" and you can choose which plan are you going to use and pay with Master Card, Visa, American Express etc. through PayPal online secure transaction. Your account will activate shortly when OwnerList.net has received payment and verify your information.

Click on "LogIn" link on right corner and it will take you to login page or you can click here to login. Enter your username and password and click "Log In" button.

How do I edit my account information? [Back to Top]
Log in to your account by your username and password. Click on "Edit your Account" on top menu. Change your information and click on "Update" button.

How do I list my property? [Back to Top]
Log in to your account by your username and password. Click on "Add a Property Listing" on top menu. Fill out your property listing detail as much information as possible and click on "Submit Query" button.

How do I edit information on my listing? [Back to Top]
After you log into you account by enter your username and password. Click on "Manage Properties" on top menu and click on "Edit Listing", from there you can update or change any detail of your listing. Double check a listing detail again and scroll down to bottom of the page then click on "Update" button.

How do I upload or delete my listing photo? [Back to Top]
Click on "Edit Listing" link then click on "delete image" link under that image to remove. To upload the image for your listing you have to click on "Edit Listing", scroll down to bottom of the page to enter image title and browse image in your local hard drive and click on "Upload" button. After click "Upload" button it will appear on left side of the page. You can upload up to 4 images. If you don't see image on left side of your listing review then check image size, image format. Each image maximum size is 89120 bytes (80k) and it has to be in JPEG format.

Why don't I see property image when I already clicked on "Upload" button? [Back to Top]
Your image is probably over size or it is not JPEG format. OwnerList.net accepts listing image maximum size is 153600 Bytes or 150KB. Reduce image, check it format and try to upload it again.

How do I delete my listing? [Back to Top]
Log into your account then simply click on "Delete" link.

How do I view photo on my listing? [Back to Top]

How do I search for a home? [Back to Top]
Click on "Property Search" right side menu and enter all criterions you are looking for a home. You can use regular search or advance search.
